LuxYou Studio – Customization Policy

At LuxYou Studio, we offer customized jewellery solutions tailored to your design preferences while maintaining our quality standards. Please review the following terms before placing a custom order.

1. Production Timeline
All customized orders require 28–45 working days for production, commencing only after design approval and receipt of advance payment. Timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.

2. Design Process
Clients will receive up to three (3) design concepts based on the initial brief. Minor revisions are included within the selected design. Any significant changes or additional design requests after finalization may incur extra charges. Production will begin only upon final design approval.

3. Material & Finish Selection
LuxYou Studio provides guidance on selection of stones, plating, and finishes. All material specifications must be confirmed prior to production. Slight variations in color, tone, or finish may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process and are considered acceptable.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
A minimum order of 20 pieces per design is required. All size, color, and design variations must be finalized before production. Excessive variations may impact pricing and timelines.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required to initiate production. The remaining balance must be settled prior to dispatch. Pricing is based on finalized designs and material selections; any changes thereafter may result in revised pricing.

6. Sampling
If requested, sample development will be charged separately and may extend the production timeline. Bulk production will proceed only after sample approval. Minor variations between sample and final production may occur within acceptable limits.

7. Production Updates
Clients will receive updates at key stages of the production process, including design confirmation, manufacturing progress, and dispatch readiness.

8. Quality & Finishing
Each piece undergoes quality checks prior to dispatch. As these are customized and partially handcrafted products, minor variations are inherent and shall not be considered defects.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Customized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once production has commenced.

10. Delivery & Shipping
Dispatch timelines will be communicated upon completion of production. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and logistics partners. LuxYou Studio is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit.

11. Care Instructions
To maintain product longevity, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store jewellery in a dry, airtight environment when not in use.

12. Intellectual Property
All designs developed by LuxYou Studio remain the intellectual property of the brand and may not be reproduced without prior consent.
