No Refund and No Return Policy
Please note that all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns once the order has been placed and delivered. Each piece is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Exchange Policy
We understand that issues may occasionally occur. We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged or defective item.
• You received the wrong product.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and clear product images.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
