Wholesale Policy – LuxYou

🔹At LuxYou, we carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality and consistency. However, in the rare case of damage or manufacturing issues, the following return and exchange policy will apply.

*Minimum Order Value (MOV): ₹10,000 per order
*Minimum Quantity per Design: 3 pieces
*Standard wholesale pricing applies to all approved wholesale partners.
*Orders above ₹20,000 are eligible for a 5% discount.
*All orders are subject to product availability at the time of order confirmation.
*In case a particular design is temporarily out of stock, the maximum restocking period may extend up to 25 days.
*Our team will inform you in advance if any item requires restocking.
*If a product needs to be restocked or specially manufactured, 20% of the total order amount must be paid in advance to confirm the restocking request.
*The remaining balance amount must be paid before dispatch of the order.
*Restocking will begin only after the advance payment is received.

🔹To support our wholesale partners in selling effectively, LuxYou provides the following with orders:

*High-quality product images suitable for online listings and marketing
*Extra brass earring back stoppers for customer convenience
*Extra golden necklace back rope for adjustments or replacements
*Expert assistance in selecting jewellery that matches specific outfits, especially beneficial for clothing brands planning styled launches.
🔹Wholesale partners may also choose the following packaging and accessory options:

*Velvet premium jewellery box
*Plastic tamper-proof courier bag
*Golden copper wire for jewellery packing

🔹Returns or exchanges will be accepted only under the following conditions:

*The product is damaged during transit, or
The product has a clear manufacturing defect
*Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
*Clear video and product images must be shared as proof.
*Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for exchange.
*Replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability
*Replacement with a similar product of equal value, if the original design is unavailable
*If the issue is confirmed to be manufacturing damage or transit damage, LuxYou will guide the partner regarding the return process.
*The item must be returned in its original condition without usage.
*Slight variations in color, finish, or minor handcrafted differences are not considered defects.
*Damages caused due to improper handling, storage, or customer usage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
